The X-include-files are installed by default only if you have
installed the developers-cluster. They are in the package SUNWowinc.
Insert the Solaris-CD and postinstall them using pkgadd (read the
'Solaris 2.3 System Configuration and Installation Guide'. They
should be found under /usr/openwin/include/X11. If they are there,
may be something strange fools the configure, may be a link to
/usr/include/X11 can solve it.
